14 day return policy

If on receipt of your product, you are uncertain about your purchase please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it. All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, unworn.

Not satisfied with your purchase? At e-vers, you can simply return the product within 14 days after the invoice date. It is important that the product is complete and in its original packaging. Damaged items unfortunately we can not take back. Not sure whether your product need be returned? Please first get in contact with us.

Returns are only accepted online for products purchased directly from e-vers.com, if you have purchased from an e-vers retail partner then they must also arrange your return or exchange.

Exchange

Size is not right? Exchange, if available, is possible 14 days after purchase. Send us an email at return@e-vers.com, and then send shoes to be exchanged to the address below (at own expenses). Once we receiced them we will send you free of charge the alternative size.

Returns Procedure
Step 1: Make sure the product is unused in its original packaging. When returning please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.
Step 2: Mail us at return@e-vers.com the order you want to send back, than we can enter it into the system. Important: mention your order number in both email and return package.
Step 3: The amount owed will be refunded within 7 days on your account.

Shipping Costs
The postage for the return of products are at your own costs. When the return is the result of a mistake on our part, we will take over the costs.

For international returns e-vers will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items. All packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty”. If you do have any enquiries about your return once it has been posted, email us at return@e-vers.com. Please include the date the item was posted, which address it was sent back to, the name it was sent under and the item’s tracking number if applicable.
